Colter's Corner: Hersheypark and more...

Yesterday my mom, sister, and nieces(Brynn and Whitney) came to PA. They arrived late afternoon and first made a stop at the Hershey Outlets of course!! Colter and I met them there and did a little shopping. Colter now loves walking around stores...everyone kept saying how cute he was as he was walking and screaming (happily). After shopping we met Jarrod at a local place for dinner out on the deck. Then returned home for baths and bed time! Colter was very excited to have his cousins here!

This morning we were up early and everyone ate and got ready for a busy day. We got to Hershey park a little after 9. We first went to Chocolate World for the free ride there. Colter had been on it last year but was very little. This year he was fascinated!

Then we headed to the park. It was pretty busy but we made it in and headed right for the smallest rollercoaster called Trailblazer. Brynn and Whitney wanted to ride a rollercoaster but not a big one. On the way they did the swing ride and then Cara and I rode Trailblazer TWICE with them! They loved it! Next we went to the Boardwalk (water area). The girls were in heaven with the slides and slash things. Colter was a bit unsure. He liked walking around but didn't like getting splashed or wet!! I think the girls could have been there forever.

After the boardwalk we did lunch and then some kiddie rides with all the kids. Brynn was able to go on the mini scrambler with Colter. His first time on a ride without an adult!! He LOVED it. Then we went on the Train...Colter loves Choo Choos and was excited. After all this the girls played some games and rode a ride or two and Colter fell asleep! Unfortunately it didn't last that long but it was a fun day had by all and we all were talking about next years trip!! So special to have my family in town to go to this with us!!
