On Friday morning we headed to NJ right after breakfast. The hope was at some point Colter would take his morning nap in the car...no such luck! Colter is a GREAT sleeper...IN HIS CRIB!! haha! None the less he was good and we got there. We got him settled with my parents and headed to a town about 30 minutes away. We checked into our hotel and relaxed and then went to a nice dinner out. The hotel sent us wine and strawberries with chocolate as a anniversary gift and at dinner we got free dessert too. The dinner was amazing and it was nice to have all that time with Jarrod. After sleeping in a bit we got couples massages on Saturday morning. That was also amazing!! Then we headed back to Colter. We both missed him but he did GREAT with Nanny and Poppy. He slept 13 hours that night and learned lots of new things from Nanny. He learned how to say "uh oh" and "no no no"...haha! He loved exploring their house and the toys there. My sister and her family came by for lunch. Colter loved seeing his cousins as usual. Colter also got to play in the water table at my moms. He loved that which is good because we have one to set up here now!! Here are some pictures from the weekend!!
